MOBY (IRD)

• The infrared and processing technology guarantees consistent drying and mixing of the material
• The drying process time and energy consumption are greatly reduced
• The processing chamber being under vacuum prevents air oxidation contamination to the material
• The IR technology heats only the material not the surrounding air, making it more efficient at separating moisture and contaminants from the product
• The processing chamber design allows all types of material to be processed including regrind flakes with a high dust content
• This technology can be used with injection, blow moulding and extrusion.
